At Roshen Vogue, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a request.

General Policy

  1. This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on the official Roshen Vogue website.
  2. We are not responsible for items purchased through non-registered Certified Personal Shoppers, Dropship Agents, or Fashion Advisors.
  3. Any issues must be reported within 7 working days of receiving your order. Complaints beyond this period will not be entertained. Please allow up to 48 hours for our response.
  4. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items due to our error.Ā 
  5. Returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  6. Returned products must reach our warehouse within 7 days and will undergo inspection by our Quality Control Department.
  7. If defect approved, the replacement item will be processed and shipped within 7–14 working days and return courier charges will be observed by Roshen Vogue.
  8. Cash refunds are not provided.
  9. Walk-in returns are not accepted.
  10. Exchanges for color, design, or incorrect purchases are not allowed, except for sizing issues.
  11. All approved returns or exchanges will be issued as Voucher to use for future purchase.
  12. If the returned product is found not defective, we reserve the right to deny replacement or refund, and the customer may bear associated costs. Roshen Vogue is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from such circumstances.
  13. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
  14. For Internation Orders, You are responsible for paying any tariffs, taxes, and customs fees. For orders sent internationally, we are unable to take on any delivery risk or liability for import clearance, duties, or other costs.
    Since these fees differ greatly between nations, we are unable to estimate the total cost.

15. Restricted Countries Policy Statement

At Roshen Vogue, we are committed to conducting our business in a lawful, ethical, and socially responsible manner. In compliance with applicable international laws, regulations, and trade sanctions, we do not engage in any business activities — including sales, purchases, shipments, financial transactions, or partnerships — with entities or individuals located in the following countries:

  • Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea)

  • Democratic Republic of the Congo

  • Iran

  • Libya

  • Russia

  • Somalia

  • South Sudan

  • Sudan

  • Yemen

This policy applies to all Roshen Vogue operations, subsidiaries, employees, agents, and partners. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of business relations.

Roshen Vogue reserves the right to update this list at any time to remain compliant with evolving international laws and sanctions.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Promotional, discounted, sale, or clearance items
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been altered

Wrong Size Purchase

We allow a one-time exchange for the same design and color in a different size (subject to availability).

  • If the same design is unavailable, it may be replaced with another design of equal value.
  • If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as Store Voucher.
  • No cash refunds will be provided in such cases.
  • Return and Re-shipping cost will be borne by the Customer.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
Refunds are only considered in rare cases where:

  • The item is out of stock
  • The item is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced

Shipping & Delivery

We offer reliable domestic and international delivery, with a next-business-day delivery service operating Monday to Friday (excluding local public holidays).


Please note:

  • Saturday and Sunday are non-operational days.
  • Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next working day.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Estimated delivery time will be 3-7 working days
  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

While we strive to ensure that all information, pricing, and product descriptions on our site are accurate, errors may occur.
